Hi, I’m a long term seller on Gumtree. Feel free to check out my profile there as I’m a highly rated seller πŸ™‚

Please text me on 0477705817 so I can send you good quality photos of any ants you’re interested in, thanks, Stef.

(Located in Lalor 3075 for pick up)

Updated 30/4/24

**Important notice – Aus post is unfortunately cracking down on live invert shipping so after 4yrs of hobby breeding and safely shipping hundreds of live insects across the east coast, unless there is a work around, I might no longer offer postage after May 22nd when the crackdown starts. Just not sure at this point if its worth the risk.**

Also, please read the whole ad, thanks! πŸ™‚

Local pick up only –

Very important –

1. Just from my experience as a hobby ant keeper of 3yrs, not all queens are going to lay during the colder months (even proven queens with workers). If you don’t want to wait potentially up to 5 months for this, please go for queens with brood already.

2. *I haven’t had a single queen die during postage with how I package them, but it can still happen. That risk is on the buyer as I do everything I can on my end to ensure they arrive safely.

I’m not responsible for how packages are handled by Australia Post or how queens/brood react to the stress of postage (whether queens stress eat brood or die themselves)*

3. I pay (out of my own pocket) for extra insurance for larger orders, but Aus post doesn’t cover insect deaths (just covers lost/damaged parcels) just keep that in mind. So far, none have been lost/damaged!

4. All my queens are quarantined for 2-3 weeks before being put up for sale to ensure they’re healthy.

5. I provide a bull ant caresheet for anyone interested and am happy to provide support after purchasing if needed. The caresheet is currently a PDF link as I have example photos in it.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have πŸ™‚
